Delicious. <br /><br />I also make this:<br />1 1/2 stick of butter<br />cup Pamela's Baking Mix<br />1/3 cup sugar<br />1 cup water<br />1 can Comstock pie filling<br /><br /><br />Melt the butter in a 8X8" baking dish. Mix the pamela's baking mix, sugar and water. Pour over the melted butter. dump thepie filling over the batter.
